Dr Michael Carr-Gregg AO is one of Australia’s leading psychologists, specialising in corporate mental health, families, parenting, young people and the role of technology in wellbeing. He is the author of 14 books, a regular broadcaster, and works in private practice at Camberwell Medical Practice in Melbourne. He is also the presenter for SchoolTV, founder of CanTeen, a Master Trainer for Mental Health First Aid Australia, a Patron of Read the Play, and a columnist for a range of publications.

Michael inspires and equips audiences to have the confidence, skills and knowledge to create authentic, flourishing lives.
